Tanzania - Fish Farming Business Startup

Can & Tan Harvesting Limited, of which AMIS is a major shareholder, is currently constructing two fish ponds near Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. When finished the two ponds will be just slightly smaller than an ice hockey rink and about the same depth. The ponds will produce a fresh water fish, Tilapia, which is in high demand for the local market.
